      Shipping Policy

      Customers get to choose their own shipping method at check-out.  We offer different shipping options. Please know that the shipping time frame you see on the website is your TRANSIT TIME ONLY once your package ships.  We process orders in the order of received.  Processing your order can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to prepare for shipping.  This is listed here on our Shipping and Returns page, as well as each listing. The BEST thing to do is contact us immediately during our normal business hours if you are needing your package outside of normal processing time.  We cannot guarantee it can go out the same day, but we will make every effort to try.

      * INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*

      Please be aware that some countries do charge additional customs/duties taxes upon the arrival of your package. This tax is not the responsibility nor affiliated with Oh La La Dancewear.  UPS is an option for international shipping, please be aware that the duties charged using UPS are extremely high.  Any international customer that chooses this shipping method will be contacted first before shipping.  Please be advised that USPS International can have delays due to COVID-19.  We will not be able to refund or re-ship items with extreme delays.

      SHIPPING PROTECTION BY SHIPINSURE

      When ShipInsure Package Protection is applied to an order, coverage is provided if the package becomes lost, damaged, or stolen while it is in transit to the customer.

      This is automatically applied in your shopping cart.

      To opt out of insurance, just slide the toggle so it does not appear blue. No insurance will be added to your order.

      If you choose to opt out, once a package has left our premises, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

      To file a claim start here. Claims must be filed within 14 days from the date the package was marked delivered.

      Return Policy

      Oh La La Dancewear will accept any return/exchange under the following criteria:

      For a full refund, any return must be postmarked back to our warehouse within 14 days of a customer receiving an item(s). Any return postmarked back to our warehouse within 15-30 days of a customer receiving an item(s) will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange. No return/exchange/store credit will be issued beyond 30 days of a customer receiving their item(s). 

      Once an exchange is made from an original purchase and it still doesn't work out a gift card will be issued for the original purchase price. 

      We will accept any merchandise deemed defective within 90 days of a purchase. Once it is beyond 90 days, no defective merchandise may be returned/exchanged.

      Items being returned/exchanged must be in new condition with tags attached and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or any stains. If a return/exchange is not returned in its original condition, Oh La La Dancewear reserves the right to deny a return and ship back to the buyer. All bra cups must be returned with tops that they come with.

      PLEASE NOTE: FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT.

      Buyers will be responsible for shipping fees of all returns back to our warehouse, unless it was our error. Exchange shipping fees back to the customer are FREE as an added incentive. Please include your original packing slip that was inside your shipment and state the reason for return or exchange.

      Once we receive your return in the mail, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

      Holiday Return Policy

      Any purchases made between November 1 - December 25 may be returned for an exchange or store credit as long as the package is postmarked within 7 business days after Christmas. 

      For a full refund the normal return policy must be followed. Packages must be postmarked 14 days after delivery.

      Cancellation Policy

      Cancellation of orders by customers are subject to a 3% restocking fee. This will automatically be deducted from a refund. Restocking fees cover the processing fees we incur and do not earn back.

      Refunds of Discount Codes

      Refunds issued for forgetting discount codes at checkout for special promotions will be given as a store credit only.
